Meet Your Practitioner
Vanessa Molina is a Miami-born Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and the daughter of Cuban immigrants who came to the United States in the mid-1990s in pursuit of stability and opportunity. Her early life was shaped by transition, resilience, and a growing awareness of how family dynamics, identity, and emotional experiences influence the way we connect, cope, and heal.
Over time, this personal foundation evolved into a professional calling. Vanessa is known for providing therapy that is both grounded and intentional—offering clients a calm, supportive space to explore patterns, regain emotional clarity, and strengthen the relationships that matter most. Her background spans clinical, educational, and community settings, including years of service as a teacher and guidance counselor in Title I schools, where she supported children, adolescents, and families navigating stress, change, and emotional overwhelm.
Vanessa’s therapeutic style is integrative, relational, and evidence-based, grounded in approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed care. Her work is anchored in ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and the belief that therapy should feel both supportive and purposeful. She helps clients strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and develop insight that leads to lasting change.
At the heart of Vanessa’s work is a belief that healing is not only possible—it is transformative. With the right support, individuals and couples can move beyond survival, reclaim their sense of self, and step into a new season of clarity, connection, and peace.
