Trauma can affect how the nervous system responds to stress, often leaving individuals feeling unsafe or overwhelmed. I provide trauma-informed care and utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process traumatic experiences.EMDR is an evidence-based treatment that supports the brain’s natural ability to reprocess distressing memories so they no longer trigger intense emotional or physical reactions. Therapy occurs in a safe, paced, and supportive environment.
